What you'll do

• Manage a caseload supporting 24–30 patients per week
• conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• provide individual therapy and, as appropriate to training and caseload, couples, family, child, adolescent, and group therapy
• assess safety concerns and provide crisis intervention within role
• document care and monitor progress
• coordinate with providers and participate in team meetings, consultation, supervision, and training.

Why this role

Current unrestricted Maryland licensure as an LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT and current BLS and CPR certification are required. Willingness to learn PRT, EMDR, or other evidence-based modalities is essential.
