Service Manager

What you'll do

• Plan, direct, schedule, and coordinate service writers, mechanics, yard attendants, janitors, and delivery drivers
• train employees in company procedures
• oversee opening and closing service work orders
• ensure adequate staffing and enforce company practices
• communicate work-order status and additional work needs to customers
• address customer satisfaction issues
• coordinate with store personnel
• ensure safe operating conditions.
