The Lift Operator works onsite in Hastings, MN, at a starting wage of $20.00 per hour. This is a winter seasonal role with full-time and part-time hours available. The Lift Experience Team aims to provide guests and employees with a seamless experience from maze entrance through lift unloading. The role supports safe, friendly, and efficient lift operations by monitoring passengers, managing loading and unloading, and helping guests travel across mountain terrain. It also contributes to daily lift readiness and guest service through equipment checks, emergency procedures, and coordination with maintenance.

What you'll do

• Monitor passenger safety
• instruct and assist guests with safe lift loading and unloading
• adjust lift speed as needed
• operate the lift to meet chair-capacity guidelines
• report repair and maintenance needs
• learn equipment operation with Lift Maintenance
• follow emergency procedures
• prepare and dismantle the lift maze
• maintain a safe, clean work area
• and train to support ticket scanning.
