• Lead, train, mentor, and support payroll team members
• oversee payroll initiatives and process improvements
• maintain standard procedures
• ensure labor-law compliance
• review and approve payroll
• resolve complex discrepancies and inquiries
• oversee payroll tax activities and year-end W-2 processing
• and conduct audits and reconciliations.
