What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
• monitor symptoms and administer ordered medications for symptom relief
• promptly report refusals or adverse reactions
• conduct Service & Health Updates
• transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates
• observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and follow compliance standards.
