Retail Supervisor

What you'll do

• Coach and motivate teammates on the sales floor
• welcome, educate, and inspire guests using GUIDE service standards
• open and close the store
• support cash handling and store readiness
• maintain inventory accuracy, stock organization, and visual standards
• help maintain a safe and compliant store
• share sustainability programs
• support store events and local partnerships.
