What you'll do

• Rotate among different specialties, including surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, emergency, and more, quickly adapting to each department s protocols.
• Provide hands-on assistance during procedures from general patient care and diagnostic workups to advanced interventions under the guidance of senior technicians and specialists.
• Manage a range of technical tasks, such as venipuncture, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, medication administration, and patient record-keeping.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, learning from specialists and fellow technicians to expand your expertise across multiple areas of veterinary medicine.
• Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring each department is stocked with necessary supplies and that equipment is ready for immediate use.
• Embrace continuous growth, seeking out learning opportunities and applying new skills to become a highly versatile, well-rounded technician.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

Experience in a veterinary setting, whether general practice, specialty, or emergency.
