What you'll do

• Assist with basic repairs in guest rooms and public areas, including light plumbing, painting, and electrical work
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• respond to guest and team-member maintenance issues
• maintain cleanliness and safety in the maintenance shop, boiler room, and storage areas
• work with the Maintenance Supervisor and General Manager.
