What you'll do
- Direct and oversee shift nursing care
- follow resident care plans, physician orders, and facility protocols
- administer medications and treatments, including wound care
- monitor vital signs and clinical conditions
- guide and support CNAs/STNAs
- document assessments, changes, incidents, and shift reports in the EHR
- communicate condition changes to physicians, families, and incoming shift leadership.
