• Develop assembly and test requirements, instrumentation lists, data acquisition plans, and test hardware needs
• write and release assembly instructions and test plans
• document and troubleshoot test results
• coordinate with engineering, purchasing, vendors, and project management
• lead test readiness and safety reviews
• execute or oversee tests
• mentor assembly technicians
• improve procedures and processes
• travel up to 30% of working time.
