The Bilingual Assistant Teacher, English/Spanish role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $16–$19 per hour. The full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, closing shift. The role supports infant, toddler, and Children's House classrooms for children ages 0–6 at Guidepost Montessori at Prosperity. The assistant teacher helps children build independence, confidence, and a love of learning while incorporating Spanish into daily routines. The role supports classroom activities, prepares learning spaces, builds relationships with families, and helps children wind down and connect with families at pickup.

What you'll do

• Speak Spanish with children throughout the day
• share songs, books, and cultural traditions
• observe and support children's needs
• prepare and maintain the classroom
• support individual and small-group learning
• build relationships with children and families
• work with Lead Guides and the team
• help close the classroom and connect with families at pickup.
