What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• answer phones and assist callers
• check members into the system
• sign up new members and give tours to prospective members
• update member accounts
• respond to questions and concerns and elevate issues to a manager as needed
• help maintain club neatness and cleanliness.
