What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• help with transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• take and record vital signs
• document care and changes in residents’ conditions in electronic health records
• report concerns to nursing staff or supervisors
• assist with feeding and meal preparation
• provide companionship
• follow infection-control protocols
• collaborate with healthcare professionals.
