The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in North Aurora, IL, in supportive living, assisted living, and memory care. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The full-time schedule is 12-hour shifts, with day shifts from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or night shifts from 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; every other weekend is required. High Point Residence provides resident care in a senior living environment. The CNA provides hands-on daily support that promotes residents’ dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life, working with nursing and leadership teams to deliver attentive, person-centered care.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
• obtain and document vital signs as directed
• assist at mealtimes and with feeding when needed
• provide companionship and emotional support
• report changes in condition, behavior, or needs
• respond to call lights
• assist with linens and supplies
• maintain a clean, safe environment
• follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality, and community policies.
