Product Inventory Specialist

The Product Inventory Specialist role is onsite in Mountain View, CA, with compensation of $40 per hour. This role supports inventory management and logistics by maintaining materials through their lifecycle, keeping records accurate, and coordinating with accounting, quality, and materials teams. It helps ensure inventory processes and documentation support efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain inventory from receipt through final disposition
• generate and analyze inventory reports
• improve inventory tracking and control
• maintain accurate records and database entries
• process incoming transactions and resolve receipt/invoice discrepancies with accounting
• support kitting, packing, and labeling
• inspect shipments and coordinate resolution
• work with quality to determine disposition of MRB material.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of inventory control or related experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Experience with Google Sheets and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is noted.
