What you'll do

• Board loans to the core system and fund loans according to closing disclosures
• deliver loans to investors and record participations
• track final title policies
• receive loan setup instructions
• prepare and provide loan estimates within required timeframes
• order appraisals, title work, flood certifications, mortgage insurance, and verifications
• process rate locks
• maintain files for closing
• communicate with loan officers, title companies, and insurers
• order payoffs
• prepare closing disclosures and documents
• process unoriginated files
• provide appraisals to customers
• support loan officers
• complete investor quality-control audits as requested.
