What you'll do

• Manage approximately 150 single-family rental homes
• serve as primary contact for owners and residents
• oversee maintenance requests through completion, including vendor coordination and documentation
• manage inspections, lease renewals, rental-rate recommendations, lease compliance, move-ins, and move-outs
• maintain records in AppFolio
• identify and address property, owner-risk, resident-satisfaction, and portfolio-performance issues
• prioritize demands and follow commitments through.
