What you'll do

• Monitor facility payroll, recruitment, selection, and employee records for policy compliance
• assist with HR program implementation and training
• oversee and develop facility HR staff
• support recruiting and hiring practices
• advise on employee relations and progressive discipline
• conduct investigations
• implement safety and health programs and monitor OSHA data
• review employee appeals
• advise department heads on HR policies
• visit facilities to assess needs
• and review payroll before final processing.
