What you'll do

• Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial records
• support monthly financial reporting, P&L review, and departmental spend-downs
• coordinate hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, training, and compliance
• partner with leadership on staffing and scheduling
• assist residents and families with billing questions
• maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
