What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene
• supervise clients during activities to support safety
• report significant changes in the client’s environment, behavior, or circumstances
• communicate schedule changes to a supervisor
• communicate respectfully with clients and families
• identify and address or report safety hazards
• complete time and service documentation
• attend required meetings and training.
