Overnight Facility Operations Manager

The Overnight Facility Operations Manager role is onsite in Bloomingdale, IL, for 16 hours across two nights per week, with every other weekend required. Compensation is $27–$29 per hour. The role supervises the facility overnight to support safety and quality of care. The manager conducts facility rounds, monitors staff and resident safety, addresses concerns, and reports incidents and shift activity to the Administrator. The role also checks staffing, supplies, alarms, and required documentation to support continuity into the morning shift.
