What you'll do

• Prioritize patient and staff calls
• determine appropriate next steps and coordinate with physicians
• arrange appointments and rescheduling
• monitor the NextGen task basket
• process pharmacy requests using e-Rx and obtain authorizations
• distribute sample drops and document activity
• send requested items to pharmacies or physician offices
• follow up on outside lab work and communicate with patients as directed by physicians
• manage doctor-to-doctor and doctor-to-patient calls
• maintain the sample drug log in compliance with Ohio State Pharmacy Board requirements.
