Certified Medical Assistant, ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery

What you'll do

• Room patients
• obtain vital signs and document histories and medications
• prepare rooms, instruments, and supplies
• assist with ENT examinations, minor procedures, biopsies, suture removal, wound care, Botox, and filler treatments
• use scribe and electronic medical record systems for provider review
• communicate provider-directed instructions and coordinate calls and clinical tasks
• clean and process instruments
• maintain clinical spaces and supplies
• provide front-office support as needed
• participate in cross-training across clinical, administrative, and patient-support responsibilities.
