Pool Deck Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead and provide constructive feedback to instructors and deck assistants
• conduct pre-shift meetings and prepare the deck
• evaluate the deck team
• communicate with parents or guardians about student progress
• complete shift logs and monitor attendance
• coordinate pool-facility cleanliness
• help arrange employee replacements
• maintain pool chemical levels
• substitute as a swim instructor when necessary
• suggest improvements and participate in required training.
