Cook – Morning Shift

Job overview

The Cook – Morning Shift is an onsite role in Riverton, UT, with a Monday–Saturday schedule from 8:30 AM to 3 PM; Sundays are closed. Pay is $17.00 per hour guaranteed, including base pay and tips. The role supports Aubergine Kitchen’s morning production operations.

What you'll do

• Roast proteins and prepare hot sauces according to production orders and par levels
• follow cooling and reheating procedures
• label, date, and store food
• measure and record temperatures
• rotate stock using FIFO
• maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
• coordinate with prep and line cooks
• keep shift notes
• support other stations as needed
• assist with training new team members
• and report equipment or safety issues.
