What you'll do

• Train, supervise and review the work of internal and outsourced Accounting close functions.
• Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Continuously assess accounting processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in monthly draw process.
• Participate in coordination and completion of annual audits.
• Participate in preparation of property budgets and projections.
• Interact with internal management, banking institutions, investors, lenders, and auditors.
• Participate in deal closings.
