What you'll do
- Instruction of various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to members and students.
- Greet members warmly and foster a welcoming, supportive class atmosphere.
- Assist in the preparation of the studio environment for each session.
- Monitors participants for safety by way of sequencing, posture modifications and instruction as needed.
- Assist in promoting Trufusion related classes and events.
