What you'll do

• Provide L1/L2 support for endpoints and printers
• support shipping and logistics tools
• maintain network and cloud infrastructure
• administer Windows and Linux servers and updates
• develop automation scripts
• maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures
• conduct audits and vulnerability assessments
• monitor system health
• maintain knowledge base documentation and troubleshooting procedures
• participate in on-call rotation, including occasional weekend support.
