Shipping and Receiving Materials Handler — 2nd Shift

The Shipping and Receiving Materials Handler role is onsite in Hickman, KY. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. Insteel Industries manufactures steel wire reinforcing products for concrete construction. The handler moves raw materials and finished products, loads steel materials onto flatbed trucks, stages production materials, and supports inventory and product-quality checks. The role helps keep manufacturing materials flowing safely and accurately through the plant.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished product
• load flatbed trucks with steel materials
• stage materials for production
• perform inventory entries and cycle counts
• keep the work area clean and safe
• inspect product quality.
