Sales/Order Support Representative

What you'll do

• Process customer parts orders in an ERP system
• prepare quotations and answer questions about pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery
• communicate order updates and delays
• research discrepancies with internal teams
• identify alternatives when items are unavailable
• negotiate terms within guidelines
• assist with accounts receivable inquiries
• maintain accurate records and documentation
• coordinate with sales, inventory, repair, manufacturing, shipping, and engineering teams.
