What you'll do

• Coordinate exhibition packing, shipping, insurance, installation, storage, and courier arrangements
• review and negotiate loan agreements
• organize domestic and international shipments
• document unpacking, condition checks, and installation
• arrange fine arts insurance
• prepare government indemnity and immunity-from-seizure applications
• coordinate with museum departments
• travel as a courier as assigned
• complete condition reports and archive closed exhibitions.
