Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Direct maintenance activities, staffing, schedules, and priorities across two facilities
• coordinate workload and equipment response with maintenance, safety, quality, and production leaders
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• prioritize breakdown response and root-cause corrective actions
• standardize procedures, documentation, spare-parts practices, and performance expectations
• use CMMS to manage work orders, compliance, asset history, labor, parts, backlog, and metrics
• lead upgrades, installations, shutdown work, and improvement projects
• manage contractors and vendors
• maintain critical spare-parts inventory
• ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements
• hire, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance employees
• manage the maintenance budget and report performance
• support urgent maintenance needs outside normal business hours and travel between local facilities as needed.
