Assistant Clinic Manager

What you'll do

• Support clinic operations across sales, customer service, employee management, and administration
• help meet monthly revenue goals
• monitor revenue, margins, practitioner sales, discounts, budgets, and client activity
• recruit, retain, and develop team members
• provide staff coaching and training
• address client feedback
• maintain confidentiality
• improve systems, policies, and procedures
• assist leadership with additional duties as requested.
