Sales and Events Associate

The Sales and Events Associate is an onsite, full-time role in Alexandria, VA, with pay of $60,000–$65,000 per year plus commission potential. The role supports pre-opening sales and the launch of Goodwin House Chantilly, a new Life Plan Community serving older adults in Loudoun County. This position helps prospective residents, families, and referral partners learn about the community and supports sales through opening and occupancy stabilization. By coordinating inquiries, appointments, events, communications, and marketing support, the associate helps build awareness, generate leads, and maintain relationships with future residents.

What you'll do

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• schedule appointments, presentations, and tours
• support prospect and depositor communications
• maintain CRM records and prepare reports
• welcome guests and keep sales spaces organized
• coordinate event planning, logistics, guest communications, delivery, and follow-up
• support marketing campaigns, proofread branded materials, review digital listings, and compile campaign results.
