Machine Operator

Job overview

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Moorefield, WV, with compensation of $19–$26 per hour. The position supports production by operating machinery to manufacture quality products according to company standards, schedules, and safety requirements. The role exists to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently while meeting quality and output goals. The operator sets up and monitors machinery, handles materials and finished products, checks product quality, performs routine adjustments, and reports equipment or safety concerns.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor assigned machinery according to standard operating procedures
• load raw materials and unload finished products
• inspect products during and after production
• perform routine adjustments and minor troubleshooting
• clean machinery and maintain an orderly work area
• follow company safety rules, OSHA regulations, and lockout/tagout procedures
• report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and quality issues
• meet production goals
• report order status in the company ERP system.
