Leasing Consultant

Job overview

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Boston, MA, at the Pierce building. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year. The position supports leasing and resident experience at a luxury residential property in Fenway. The role exists to manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in while supporting occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and retention. The consultant works with the property team to present the community, convert prospects, coordinate resident needs, and maintain accurate leasing records.

What you'll do

• Respond to prospective resident inquiries
• conduct property and apartment tours
• present amenities and services
• manage applications and lease execution
• explain lease terms and follow Fair Housing and legal requirements
• build relationships with prospective and current residents
• follow up with prospects and support renewals
• monitor market and competitive conditions
• support marketing, open houses, and resident events
• coordinate apartment readiness, move-ins, move-outs, maintenance requests, and resident concerns
• maintain leasing and resident records
• process deposits and rent payments.
