• Own market performance against the annual operating plan
• develop and execute the market plan
• review financial results and corrective actions
• monitor cash, billing, collections, pricing, and margin
• drive growth across service, maintenance, and construction
• lead sales and operational teams
• manage project and contract performance
• maintain customer relationships and resolve escalations
