What you'll do

• Coordinate production operators and assign tasks with the production supervisor
• ensure production activities meet quality and safety standards
• report efficiency, waste, and time management
• orient new employees
• troubleshoot process issues and execute corrective actions
• coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams
• operate production equipment
• measure and prepare ingredients to written recipes
• sanitize equipment and work areas
• document compliance and procedure checks.
