What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the Data & Analytics team
• set goals and performance expectations
• manage staff, contractors, budgets, and vendor relationships
• recruit and onboard talent
• lead delivery of enterprise data and analytics initiatives
• prioritize work, facilitate Agile practices, manage risks, and communicate status
• oversee Power BI dashboards and reports and platforms including Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Azure SQL, data warehouses, lakehouses, and semantic models
• promote data modeling, governance, Git, code reviews, CI/CD, automation, and DevOps
• identify data, analytics, and AI opportunities
• manage vendor relationships, licensing, support, upgrades, and roadmaps.
