What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and prepare the store for customers
• manage staff, facilities, supplies, maintenance, inventory, and packages
• coordinate workflows, employee scheduling, and internal communications
• manage customer communications
• assist with IT support and system access
• support budgeting and operational documentation
• assist with onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR coordination.
