What you'll do

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising plans of care
• provide nursing care according to physician treatment plans and authorized care plans
• observe, record, and report treatment responses and changes in condition
• instruct and supervise clients, families, and health-team personnel
• participate in education and quality-assessment activities
• document care through electronic charting.
