What you'll do

• Lead projects from kickoff to completion, including timelines, scope, scheduling, and coordination
• maintain project plans aligned with service designs and contractual commitments
• serve as primary customer contact and communicate milestones and changes
• track delivery metrics and milestones
• support Customer Business Reviews with data
• build project health dashboards and reports
• monitor budgets and forecast financial gaps
• coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Procurement, and Field Operations.
