What you'll do

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and risks
• administer and negotiate contracts
• manage purchasing and buyout
• implement project and market strategies
• pursue new business
• oversee project teams and delivery
• maintain client, subcontractor, and partner relationships
• ensure quality and contract compliance
• lead coaching and mentoring
• develop preconstruction strategies, phasing plans, and schedules
• hire and develop project team members
• travel to project locations 3–4 times per month.
