Project Accountant

What you'll do

• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, management reports, and audit schedules
• reconcile job cost data between Procore and JD Edwards
• process prime contracts and change orders
• prepare project closeout fee analyses
• review and reclassify job costs
• maintain project accounting files
• review, code, and enter invoices
• resolve discrepancies
• prepare lien waivers, client billings, and receivables reports
• support weekly check runs and process improvements.
