The Part-Time Retail Supervisor role is onsite in Freeport, ME, at Freeport Outlets, paying $17.60–$19.50 per hour depending on experience. Working with the Store Manager and store team, the supervisor leads the sales floor, supports daily operations, and helps teammates deliver thoughtful guest experiences. The role also supports store readiness, inventory accuracy, sustainability programs, and community engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach teammates
• welcome, educate, and inspire guests using GUIDE service standards
• open and close the store as a keyholder
• support cash handling, store readiness, inventory accuracy, stock organization, and visual standards
• help maintain a safe and compliant store
• share sustainability programs and support store events and local partnerships.
