What you'll do

• Design and refine skating curricula
• train and evaluate instructors
• track student progress and communicate with families
• manage Academy registration and sessions
• plan and run camps
• supervise coaching staff and coordinate schedules
• administer NorCal Elite teams and finances
• plan competitions and shows
• oversee office operations and staff
• support public skate programming, facility communications, and program marketing
• assist with skate fittings and pro shop coordination.
