Job overview

The Child and Adolescent Therapist role is fully remote, with the posting describing remote work for clinicians serving Maryland. Compensation options include a $50,000 base plus $70 per completed session beyond the 17-hour baseline for the W-2 part-time track, or a $90 flat rate per completed clinical session for the 1099 contractor track. Blackbird Health provides virtual and in-person pediatric mental health services across several states. The therapist provides evidence-based care to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26, and their caregivers. • build patient and family relationships
  • support treatment engagement and educate families on therapeutic approaches
  • collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The W-2 track is 20 hours weekly with 17 direct-care hours
  • the contractor track requires 10 open patient-care hours weekly to achieve an eight-hour completed-care baseline. Availability is required after 3:00 PM weekdays and/or weekends.
