Extruder Operator

The Extruder Operator is a full-time onsite role based in Northfield, MN. Compensation ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, and this role supports the Cargill plant operations team. This role exists to ensure the efficient extrusion of quality products. The operator contributes to the team by conducting quality checks, managing additive ingredients, and maintaining equipment to support the production of agricultural and food solutions.

What you'll do

• Extrude quality product efficiently.
• Inspect product every 30 minutes.
• Conduct and document quality checks.
• Apply additive ingredients at specified rates.
• Set up die plates and knife heads.
• Minimize start-up and change-over times.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Assist in equipment sanitation.
