The attorney manages and supports defense matters from initial evaluation through resolution, combining legal analysis, case preparation, and client communication. The work advances practical, client-focused representation and supports the practice’s client relationships and growth.

What you'll do

• Manage civil defense matters
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, reports, and other litigation documents
• develop case strategies
• prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• conduct legal research
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
• prepare case evaluations, status reports, and budgets.
