What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and recipes
• maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards
• prepare meals for therapeutic and other special diets
• follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• maintain kitchen cleanliness, food storage, and temperature logs
• support timely meal service and collaborate with the culinary team.
